PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The house has:

• Breakfast room, restaurant, fireplace room, entertainment room, playroom for children, private parking, garden with playground for children, garden with deckchairs, ski room with ski boot dryer.
• All rooms are decorated in a rustic style with natural wood furniture, and have balcony or garden, bathroom with WC, bidet, hairdryer, closet, digital TV, desk and free Wi-Fi connection.

Amenities:

• Buffet breakfast with bread and fresh milk, different types of cold cuts, cheese, jam, honey, butter, breakfast cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee, and tea.
• Bed and bath linen
• Free Wi-Fi connection available in some rooms and common areas
• Partially covered parking area
• Covered parking garage for bicycles and motorcycles
• Spacious garden with deckchairs and wood tables
• Playground for children
• Indoor games room
• Ski room with ski boot dryer (for mountaineering boots or wet clothes even in summer)

Cyclists and motorcyclists:

• We provide a covered parking garage for people who want to leave their bicycles and motorcycles in a safe place.

Children discounts (if with 2 adults in the room):

• Children 0-2 years: free, child’s crib 10,00 € / day
• Children 3-5 years: 50% discount
• Children 6-11 years: 30% discount
• Children 12-13 years: 10% discount

Extras:

• Linen change: 10,00 € per each set hired
• Double room for single use: we charge 30 Euro more
• For a stay of less than 3 nights, the price can be a little higher
• Sauna Towels (10 Euro)

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Prices are per person per day and include buffet breakfast.
• We are glad to offer dinner in our restaurant. In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, guests will have to pay for the entire period reserved.
• Reservation is valid only after the payment of a deposit of 50, 00 € per person, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Deposit may be sent by postal order or bank transfer.
• Check-in from 13:00h. Check out until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive earlier than 13:00h, you can relax on our top-floor terrace or in our restaurant. If you arrive after 19:00h, please contact us.
• Animals are not allowed in the rooms
